The Next Step Retreat and
12 month Programme

The next step retreat is an opportunity to carve out some time and space for yourself. Read that again. Carve out some time and space for yourself. The risk associated to not achieving what you want in life,  is not carving out the time and space – Why – Because we all get stuck on that treadmill of daily life and continue doing the same things day after day with little time, if any at all for you , for reflection and for a quick check in.

This retreat was designed to provide you with an opportunity to take the time to pause, to reflect on where you’ve been, where you’re going and what you truly want. Your dream career, and your ideal life, is all there waiting for you.

At the collective, we’ve got the tools and the programmes ready to assist you and the next step programme is the first step in bringing it all together.

 

After 5 days together, you walk away with clarity, the mindset, and tools to embark on the next 12 months of your journey in creating the life and business you want.  You receive a personalised programme to keep you on track, supported and of course moving. No point on having that great motivated feeling after the pause and then letting everything go back to normal without making those changes or implementing those new rituals. This programme truly is lifechanging.

THE NEXT STEP retreat is a 5-day, 4 nights retreat held in an aspirational 5-star location. With morning yoga, the most indulgent spa menu and of course delicious meals and a fabulous cocktail and wine list, this is the perfect get away for you and a friend. The retreat has been designed for you to embark on the start of a 12-month tailored “next step” programme built just for you with Marlene and our trusted experts across mind, body, and business.

WHY YOU NEED IT?

We like to say that you could look at it as your journey to self-discovery. All too often we hear women saying that they see “reaching out for guidance or help as a weakness “or they may feel vulnerable or inadequate in doing so. Well, we are here to say it’s the exact opposite – it’s a sign of strength. The self-talk of ‘I can’t take the next step because I have to think of my family OR I won’t be able to do it as I do not have the experience OR I am not good enough OR I don’t have the time – All of these self-talk reasons are no longer serving you. Repeat. They are no longer serving you. So, stop! 

 

We know women like you, have not got the time to go out and research for multiple experts, and in some cases don’t even know where to start looking. It's time consuming and then, how do you know they are good at what they do, let alone where are they located. It’s tough and it can be very daunting. You may not even know what you need, but you know you need to gain some clarity in order to take the next step

 

Enter The Like-Minded Collective. We have interviewed, tried and tested a handful of experts in the areas we all need most across the categories of wellness ( mind and body ) and all matters in business, including starting your own business for our budding entrepreneurs. Together a panel of masterminds in the world of MIND, BODY and BUSINESS to assist you on your journey and assist you in the direction, guidance, tools and support you will need on the way.

 

 

Below is an outline of the 5-day retreat. The retreat is designed to be very personal; you attend sessions as you please, and if you just want to relax the whole time, then you do just that. It’s up to you. No judgement, a safe place with Likeminded women.

THE NEXT STEP AGENDA

DAY ONE - TRAVEL AND ARRIVALS

On the first night we all come together and get to know each other. Prior to arriving we will ask you to fill out a questionnaire so we can really curate these days to help you the best we can.

We’ll engage in activities that break the ice (sounds like fun ha - they won't be corny we promise) and we will have discussions in focus groups discovering what you want to get out of these next couple of days. There’ll be delicious food & drinks provided and by the end of the night we are sure you will know exactly why you have joined us!

DAY TWO

We start with a beautiful yoga session, breakfast.

Morning session - Visual Meditation, “ Your authentic self”

We guide you in a twenty minutes meditation that allows you to visualise where you are now and where you want to be: as past attendees have stated – “Amazing , I could actually feel how happy I was…”, “ It took me right there, thank you“.

Afternoon session - The Clarity Workshop with Marlene Nurick

Finding the clarity that leads to the next step. We take you through a series of proven exercises and tasks to reframe your thinking. These include Intention setting; Clarity mapping across the 5 pillars; Tacking the mental roadblocks that may be holding you back; We work on reclaiming your power, and Creating your personal mission statement leaving you with clarity and daily essentials to keep you on track.
